If order is already dispatched, the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, you will be charged Rs. 65 + Tax for correcting the address after the shipment has started travelling.

In the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items sent, it must be communicated to support@yodokart.com within 7 days upon the delivery of the product.

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we process the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

  • Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made yodokart will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

We only give full refund on those products who are lost in transit, Damage and wrongly printed. We would take 5-7 working days to refund the money. The mode of refund would be the same as per the payment.

We will not accept any exchange if product is customized as per your Design, We can provide you 20% off Coupon code instead of exchange and you are only eligible for this offer if you haven’t bought product under discounted deals or promotion.

Once the product is dispatched, the tracking ID of the respective courier company is sent on phone and email. it may take 48 Hrs to dispatch the order, Only after dispatch tracking id is generated.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving them. Delivery of the order depends on the location of the buyer.It roughly takes 6 to 8 working days after the product is dispatched.

COD – Cash on delivery order are slower at delivery it may take 8 to 12 days to deliver your parcel. As we have tie up with courier companies they has less priority to COD order.
